Annual General Meetings

Once a year, typically on the third Thursday of September a general meeting is open to the public.  A review of current financial status,  and  work done is reported.  Open discussion on problems on the area roads.  Election of new board for the following year is completed.

work program budget and status

In spring, the board of directors and a representative of MTO tour all the roads and make note of all work that needs to be done.  They then meet to formulate the budget and work program for the year.
